1. What NAYRUM is
NAYRUM is a curated marketplace and distribution platform for independent apps and progressive web apps (PWAs). Creators publish products, buyers purchase access, and NAYRUM grants access automatically after a completed purchase.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account to evade enforcement actions.
3. Purchases and access
When you buy a paid product, access is granted automatically to your NAYRUM account for that specific product. Prices are shown in the product's currency (USD or BRL) and charged as displayed. Payments are processed by Stripe; NAYRUM does not store card numbers.
4. Creators
Creators keep ownership of their apps. By publishing, you grant NAYRUM a non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, and display your product. Paid products require an active payout account (Stripe Connect). NAYRUM retains a 15% platform commission on each sale; the creator receives 85%. Products must pass curation before publication and may be removed if they violate these terms or applicable law.
5. Social distribution
Creators may connect their own social accounts (such as TikTok) to publish promotional videos generated from their product artwork, or submit videos for publication on NAYRUM's official social channels. Submitted videos are reviewed by NAYRUM before publication. You retain ownership of your content and grant NAYRUM permission to publish approved submissions on its official channels. You may disconnect a connected social account at any time.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled case by case. When a refund is issued, access to the product is revoked automatically. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use NAYRUM to distribute malware, infringing content, deceptive products, or anything illegal; attempt to bypass payments, access controls, or rate limits; or scrape, resell, or redistribute content or access keys.
8. Liability and changes
NAYRUM is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: contact the NAYRUM team through the platform.
